"Eric was fast to contact us as soon as we got the recommendations from Angi’s. Got us scheduled with Robert (plumbing technician) to come take a look at where the leak was. Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there weee no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue. All Star Trade Pros were very professional and did a fantastic job and we have no more leaks. We will definitely be working with them in the future for our plumbing or HVAC maintenance needs."

"Thereâ s so much I want to say about these amazing superheroes but I will limit my review to focus on the best part of my whole experience. I am a divorced mother who works from home. I have been without hot water for months because of an issue with my water heater not heating properly. They first came out and accessed the unit itself. Not only did they give me detailed information about my non working unit. They explained every step of what the process to install the new unit would entail. They did the repair work while I worked , taking calls. They were careful and respectful of my property. The head plumber took his boots off as to not track any dirt on my rug or throughout my home. They were precise. They made sure to not just install the unit but to fix other things around the unit so they the entire area was fully functional and cohesive. They were extraordinary! These two gentle-heroes were so professional, funny, kind and timely. I expected to be without water for days. The water was only off for a few hours (if that.) Iâ m crying as I type this because their entire mannerisms and personalities were just so warm and caring that my children felt safe with them in our home. That meant a lot to me. Even after they finished the repair work , they walked me through everything. Everything. Iâ m trying to be brief but thereâ s so much more that they did that made me a â foreverâ customer. "3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
