Justin came out for a jetted tub repair. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting to find the cause, and was very communicative throughout the whole process which took a while due to part back orders. I highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

I have no words for how Mr. Justin acted, treated, helped, pure excellence. We had a issue with our bathroom not draining and back up. He intitally told me after 4pm he could get here. We communicated back and forth and he ended up arriving around 9pm. YES, it was late but i needed the service done. He made a quick trip to hardware store to fix the new toilet i installed. He then fixed the issue in the house. We talked for a bit. He has just left its currently 11:26. I heard about his past and his company and everything. I GENUINILY believe this company is a top tier company. very knowledge, very professional all around a FANTASIC company and person. the price VERY AFFORDABLE. So grateful to Ryan and Justin who went out of their way to resolve our water heater issues promptly and efficiently. This is a team of very hard workers who truly care about helping others. We had an emergency on Saturday night called around to a few of the big name plumbers and they had no availability. We gave 3 plumbers and dad a call and they were at our house in an hour. Justin assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and went out to get the necessary materials. He and his brother stayed at our house until 1:30am to fix the problem and made sure we had water. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Extremely professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend 3 plumbers and dad enough. The next time I have an issue, I know who I am calling. Thanks guys!

Thereâ s so much I want to say about these amazing superheroes but I will limit my review to focus on the best part of my whole experience. I am a divorced mother who works from home. I have been without hot water for months because of an issue with my water heater not heating properly. They first came out and accessed the unit itself. Not only did they give me detailed information about my non working unit. They explained every step of what the process to install the new unit would entail. They did the repair work while I worked , taking calls. They were careful and respectful of my property. The head plumber took his boots off as to not track any dirt on my rug or throughout my home. They were precise. They made sure to not just install the unit but to fix other things around the unit so they the entire area was fully functional and cohesive. They were extraordinary! These two gentle-heroes were so professional, funny, kind and timely. I expected to be without water for days. The water was only off for a few hours (if that.) Iâ m crying as I type this because their entire mannerisms and personalities were just so warm and caring that my children felt safe with them in our home. That meant a lot to me. Even after they finished the repair work , they walked me through everything. Everything. Iâ m trying to be brief but thereâ s so much more that they did that made me a â foreverâ customer. I can honestly say that I would NOT recommend any other company to handle your plumbing needs besides these wonderful gents. I can officially go on record as saying that not all superheroes wear capes BUT they most certainly wear boots and caps. Thank you for giving us our home back!

Exceptional quality work!

Contacted 3 Plumbers & Dad because the water pressure in my home suddenly increased significantly. They came out to take a look and then provided 4 quotes so I could pick the option that best fit my budget. I ended up choosing the option to install a Pressure Reducing Value, a Thermal Expansion Tank on my water heater, replacing the flexible line on the water heater with solid copper pipe, and replacing the water main valve with a new valve. Justin, Aaron, and Teresa were all extremely professional. Justin explained each component that was being installed and why it was necessary. They also took Covid precautions and always wore their masks. Their scheduling system was also really nice and easy to use. I called to schedule the appointment and then got text reminders an hour before the appointment, was able to confirm my appointments online, approve the quote online, and pay the invoice online. Super helpful and convenient. Highly recommend this company!

This was the most professional experience we have had with installers of any kind. My installation previously was not done correctly. They explained the issues and fixed all issues as they went along. We are completely satisfied with their service as well as the courtesy of the plumbers. We highly recommend them.
