"I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote.
