Rudy quickly responded to my request for a quote and I feel that the quote was very reasonable. They arrived precisely on time and were able to remove the old pergola and finish the new one in one day. They were very neat and respectful of my property. The finished product is beautiful and sturdily built. The finished look is better than the pergola that they replaced. I know that I will be able to enjoy it for years to come. "I don?t think I have ever left a bad review before, but I am so disappointed. They just simply never showed up. We agreed on a weekend, the morning of confirmed, and once they were 5 hours late, I text to check in. No reply. I called the next day, no reply. 4 days later, still haven?t heard what happened. I emptied out my entire kitchen/cabinets/ drawers for them to begin working only to be ghosted and my kitchen is now in complete disarray. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I can?t speak to their actual work however."
