"The gentlemen who came to work on my electrical needs - Raul & Louis - were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to explain things to me, providing safety tips and general information. I was so pleased with the amount of work they got done in 8 hours (2 men giving 4 hours of labor each). They installed and tuned 5 ceiling fans, installed an exterior light fixture, and installed 5 interior light fixtures including a large, heavy dining room chandelier. The only glitch in their service was that I had the service scheduled once, and the company called having to reschedule due to issues. "I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote. He then left to get the required parts and returned and completed the projects. Mr. Soto takes his time and it is obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship! I will be using him again.
