74 Kelly came out to check gas lines for a potential leak. He checked manifolds and pressure tested all lines. Also checked stove top and confirmed that there were no leaks. I needed a plumber fast and was able to get a hold of someone at 7:30am. Kelly showed up at 9am & was done my 10 am

He came in, got the logs installed and we are absolutely thrilled with them. Great business man who knows how to give great service.

Great. What an honest person. He told me whoever installed the new part installed it incorrectly and that was why the flame would sometimes go out. That was scary, because the gas was still on.
It went great from start to finish. They completed the work in a very timely manner as promised. The cost was a little bit higher than the estimate because the two gas valves inside the house had to be replaced as well.

Appointment was set out a week in advance between 8 & 11 am, I actually called them at 10:45 and they said be there around 2pm. We rescheduled for the following Friday. Finally after they replaced the cap and put a seal on the door I have a smoke filled house and they're telling me they have nobody to come back and correct the problem. Terrible after the service business. Its ridiculous that I am having the same exact issue from before they diagnosed the problem, supposedly fixed it and charged me now I have to wait and deal with the smoke filled home.
