"We sincerely apologize. We are disappointed to hear that a portion of the work does not meet your expectations. We understand this is frustrating. Please give us an opportunity to relieve your frustration we would like to help. Please contact us at: 281-317-0508."
"(consumer name withheld per their request) hired us to do the work in a short period of time. She was asked to make sure to have her renters out of the house when we arrived so that we could do the demolition in a short period of time as agreed upon, and do it without endangering anyone. However, when we arrived to take out the wet and moldy drywall from the hurricane she had not gotten her renters out. In fact we could not even get into one room since the door was locked with the renter in it until late afternoon. We explained to her that there could be an extra charge since we would have to come back to finish. She finally got her renter out of the area so we could demo. We had to work until late evening to finish due to this. We gave her a break and did not charge for the extra hours we stayed which was about 8 or 9 pm at night to finish. She did not offer to compensate us for not being able to gain entrance to part of her rental house as agreed. We understand that the hurricane probably stressed her out. She was out of state and trying to understand what was going on was stressful for her. Some people do not understand that no one should be in a house during a demolition but we could not get her to understand that it was dusty, noisy and dangerous due to the chemicals used to kill mold that were being put down. It is unfortunate that she did not appreciate our understanding."
"Thank you for your kind words! We truly appreciate your trust and are glad you?re happy with your porch. It was a pleasure working with you!"
