Excellent. They were on time and got the job done even though they had to run back to the shop for the odd part needed for the tub.
Everything went well. Work was done in a timely manner and the new shower looks great. We made a few tweaks during the process and James was very open to changes.

I called Monday morning to get an estimate for work needed for a bathroom remodel. I was told they were busy and the plumber should come on Tuesday. No one called or showed up on Tuesday. I called back on Wednesday and was told the plumber was too busy yesterday and he would be here...

"I called in requested a recaulk on my shower they installed back in 2016. Office was very friendly and quick to get me a service ticket out to the repair man! They had him out two days later!! He did a great job and was very friendly! I’ve had no issues with my shower and i love it! And incredibly Thankyou they offer upkeep service like the recaulking to keep it looking beautiful!!!"
