James Carter Plumbing

Horrible. James Carter plumbing left us in a mess. our only full bathroom in the house had to be totally re plumbed and we, unfortunately, hired this guy. He said he needed the money up front to buy all the materials, yes we were stupid and gullible. He worked one day for us and put in some pex lines. He was suppose to plumb for a shower, tub, toilet and double vanity. When he left he said he would be back to complete everything and never did. He would not return our calls and blocked our numbers. We had four leaks under our house from this guy, who never came back. We called in another plumber but he will not use what James Carter did because he said all the connections are going to leak as soon as the water runs thru them and that all the pex is way too small. James Carter plumbing, who also goes byBudget Plumbing, did not plumb for the two sinks or the shower. We are now out 1800.00 that we had taken out of our small savings to have this bathroom repaired. I hope that no one else ever calls this person. The pipes are exposed and no fixtures, tub, toilet or sinks.
