The owner, Shane Imbler, drove up to my father-in-law's place and asked him if he needed work done on his driveway. My fil said he did and they discussed a price and my fil said to go ahead and do it. They were there with their trucks within 10 minutes and finished with the job in over an hour. The guy brought my father in law the invoice to sign and the price was twice what they had discussed. My fil paid it because he was confused and I think that was by design. Funny, he didn’t mention the senior discount he had listed on this page. Several of our family members have contacted the guy to ask what happened and how it doubled in price and he keeps saying, "I didn't do nothin wrong. I charged what we agreed on". Not willing to talk to us in person and very defensive. Not at all the way a business who just got as much money as they got from us would act. Very, very shady. PLEASE, if you decide to do business with this guy, make sure you get a price IN WRITING before the start of the work. This was a perfect scam. Shaneco might have done good work for middle aged people who are hard to take advantage of, but it seems he saw a perfect opportunity with my father in law to get a little bonus. It just makes me sick.

Plenty of communication before,during,and after work was done. Shane explained each step in detail. His workers were professional and courteous. I am glad we chose his company over one of the others we interviewed.
