12 Brian was excellent to work with. He works hard and charged a very fair price. Like many around here, the lawns are large, rocky and uneven. Not something you can mindlessly mow back and forth in rows. This was also the first Spring cut, and particularly challenging. He did a great job.

TruGreen Lawn Care - 903Walk-behind mower was easily completed. Riding lawnmower had an issue with leaking fuel and he determined that it was the carburetor and had to order it. Once it came in, he came back out and took the motor apart and left to install the carburetor at his shop because some gaskets had rotted...
He and his team were prompt, and did a great job of removing the dead tree, including grinding it down to where I can get my push lawn mower over it. The problem is the additional tree trimming. They removed the big dead branches, but the next week, we had a wind storm and more branches...

"I have spent 4 different days at home waiting for a sears technician... they send 4 or 5 texts and emails all week to make sure that I'm gonna be there, then they send me the schedule and it shows a tech and he will be coming by at 4pm... and then NOTHING... after hours get an email saying that they are rescheduling for the missed appointment TEN DAYS LATER... one gentlemen did actually show up, determined that I needed parts, set it up, the parts were shipped to me, Sears AUTO ROBOT calls me and I have to call an 800 number and confirm that I received the parts... well I did that and the next day (of which I'm scheduled for service) the same robot calls me again and says the same thing, I call teh 800 number, teh call takes over 35 minutes to do exactly what I did the previous day... they tell me I'm in the system, I get "rescheduled", I waste another F'n day stuck at home cause the window is 8am to 5pm... and THEY DON'T F'N SHOW AGAIN, I get a text and an email at the end of the day saying they I've been rescheduled for TEN MORE DAYS FROM NOW... 36 days I've been trying to get this damned thing fixed and you cant talk to a human... all their communication is to make sure that someone is home and they will get paid, they dont give an F about anything else or customer service"
