"These idiots were sent to my house by Homshield. Customer service and repair technician service was horrible. Bad communication on parts ordered, tracking and appointment scheduling all THREEE times they cam to my house to fix my washer machine,. The third and final time the technician came to my house he looked like he was high on Meth,, tore apart my washer, cut his hand open and bled all over my house, slapped the washer back together and said he could not fix it and it would have to be replaced. He then filed his report to Homeshield saying that they needed to send it to another technician to have a second opinion, all of this with us being without a washer for a month and them coming to my house THREE times! Stay away from EJ's appliance repair and Homeshield for that matter!"
