Technician was friendly and worked diligently. Explained what he was checking and how it was good/bad. He told me about a annual program to help ensure my system is always working at its best, which is a great option for the price especially since it is now an investment property.

Multiple reschedules, tech broke a part during reassembly causing us to wait all weekend with no AC. Still charged full original price when they finally finished Monday afternoon

"Well unfortunately the weather did cause us to reschedule, however we did not break anything on your 19 year old unit. It was already broke before we came out, but we didn't get it fixed right away due to pry availability! However, we did stick with it and performed far more work than was original quoted. The reason we didn't charge your the fair market value of this $800 repair was because you went without AC for a day! The original diagnosis was a dirty coil, which was true, but your TXV was also defective! These multiple problems were addressed with any additional cost."

I first called and spoke to Keith the week before the visit. He was very polite and when I asked if they could come out the Saturday after Thanksgiving he said "I will make it work". Nick came out as expected and was very prompt. He is a very polite young man. He checked the heat pump thoroughly and discovered that the heat pump heat was not working. This means that it switches to "emergency heat" which is much more expensive. Since the unit was still under warranty they suggested bringing it back to the company that installed it. Nick then went and checked the second unit which had no issues. I feel that he was very thorough and careful and had he not caught the problem I would have seen no improvement in the electric bill. I also could have damaged the unit. I elected to take an annual contract which includes 2 visits and a discount on any parts.

Installation of our new A/C and condinsation pump went very smooth. The servicemen were on time, professional and answered all our questions. They addressed all our concerns even after the intallation was completed I had a question about the evaporative coils and Keith was very prompt to reply to my email and answer my questions. This company provides very good customer service and I would absolutely use them again. The A/C works perfectly, my home has never stayed so cold and my electric bill has never been as low in the summer as it is now. Thanks EC3!!

It went great. they were actually the second company to come out because the first company I called just filled my unit with freon and charged me but didn't check for leaks. Ellis County Climate Control was very thorough, they checked the entire system out before making recommendations and then they fixed my A/C the right way. I'm very happy and will only use them from now on.
