He said ? just give me a call and I?ll take care of it? if you have any issues. We ended up having a cord break on a blind. I called Jeff and was told that they?re not really ?guaranteed for life?. He dodged the problem by offering to sell me another blind at ?his cost? but I would have to install it as he was not making any money on the blind. We spent over $5000 with this small business and when we needed them they did not come through. VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE??."
