"I’ve used Don to build, and install, custom built work in the three homes I’ve lived in. Over 10 years ago, I contacted Don to build a custom kitchen island that I designed. He built it and worked hand-in-hand with my granite guy to make sure the island was built and installed to my specifications. This time, I designed a full wall desk and book case. He built it exactly as I designed. His install team did a great job installing. Note: Don does not paint/stain the work. He finishes it to paint/stain grade. I can’t recommend Don Dockery enough. Remember: you get what you pay for."

"We had our primary shower renovated. We had all new tile, faucets, shower head and frameless glass done. We are so happy with the results. Simon and Shahar were so helpful. They suggested the tile and hardware and the results are beautiful. Simon and Shahar monitored the progress every step of the way. Each of the teams that came out for demo, plumbing, tile and glass were very professional and respectful of our home. The estimated timeline was right on target and we are enjoying the finished product every day. Thank you Modern Build Solutions! We highly recommend you!"

"Our kitchen remodel completely transformed the heart of our home. The new cabinets, countertops, and appliances make it a joy to cook and entertain. The open layout and modern design have significantly increased the functionality and aesthetic appeal. We couldnâ t be happier! The addition of an island and a breakfast bar has created a perfect space for family meals and gatherings."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Start to Finish! Great customer service! I received a quote quickly and was able to schedule a same-day installation. The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job installing the entertainment cabinet. I was so impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism that I also had him install a Ring floodlight camera. Highly recommend their services!"

"Highly recommend for your next project! Johan and his team completed a full remodel on a secondary bath due to a shower leak. Every day he would communicate who would be at the house, when they would arrive and what they would be working on. He would always show up on site to verify the quality of work and was constantly double-checking clearances, dimensions, alignments, terminations, and functionality of all bath components. Proper preparation was completed such as leveling, blocking, and waterproofing. Tile installation was well executed as they minimized undesired cuts and aligned fixtures/niches to desired joint lines. Schulter trims at door casing, niche, linen cabinet, and upper tile were nice finishing touches. As a client I felt I got his undivided attention, and he treated the job as if it was his own. I will add that I have a strong design and construction background, so there was a familiarity with the entire process. This job took about 2 weeks, and I did have to wait about 3 months from the date of quote for availability. Well worth it! Couldnâ t be happier with the results."

"Sam at Sonart Construction kept his crew on the ball. Finished my bath remodel on schedule. Great job, looks great!"

"Hired MetroplexPro Builders for bathroom remodel to ADA compliance. Demolition left a large hole ready for the curb less shower. Waited 2 weeks for permit that should have been issued before work started. I think the manager was unqualified in project management and everything was on the fly. Part 1 of the project handled by a crew probably including day workers. Found hole punched through bathroom/bedroom wall not mentioned until I saw it. Later had more skilled labor but with little attention to detail. Spacers stuck between tiles broken off but above tile level. Painting not properly masked leaving paint on floor tiles, door hinges and lock. paper was stuffed in the door lock. The door edge was rough needing sanding and repainting. Cabinet doors and drawers painted shut, glue on floor tiles is hard to remove. I have photos of it all. Hallway / bathroom transition not equally level, bad for wheelchair access. I am still cleaning up their work."

"Bob and his associate with Bloomin Blinds were professional in every way, incredibly polite, knowledge, and a joy to work with."

"From their attention to detail to their commitment to customer satisfaction, Space Heating and Cooling LLC sets the bar high for HVAC companies. I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism and expertise, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling services."

"Lonnie did a great job, thanks! The project was to install 3 grab bars and a handheld shower head in one bathroom and a handheld shower head in 2 other bathrooms. I supplied hardware and plans, and Lonnie installed them as requested to a high standard. He is easy to work with and has a respectful, pleasant personality. I would not hesitate to work with Lonnie again on other home projects. Thanks Lonnie!"
