"It was a good experience during the 2 days inspection. The problem was that I was never told that the price of the inspection did not included a written report. I found out after calling inquiring why the engineer had not called back and not answering my call which she said she would do as soon as she completed the report. After calling multiple times for the engineer to call me back (as she said she would), it never happened even after speaking with the person in charge. So please make sure you ask what is included with the quoted price."

They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

Our recommended solutions treat the source of your foundation movement whereas foundation companies only treat the symptoms but not the underlying problem. Our recommended solutions often include one or more of the following; 1) Installation a tree root barriers and/or water barriers, 2) Installation of a new yard drainage system in combination with re-sloping of the surrounding soils.
