He was very thorough and sent us a report that covered all our questions.

He came out. Had 2 or 3 ideas. Charged me $400. Promised a report that I never received.

Paid when inspection performed an exhorbitant amount. Never saw report or any follow up with me.

Service person was on time, friendly and professional. Took the time to thoroughly check all of the brick, foundation and even rafters. Explained what was happening with the house....it was fine with no foundation issues...and gave recommendations about how to care for the exterior brick cracks.

Bijay was very personable and professional. He had me show him the areas of the house that were concerning and then he took measurements and inspected the exterior. He went over his evaluation and then sent (via email) a written report complete with recommendations.

Excellent professionalism and he even followed up with written analysis of the inspection. Great company to work with.

Excellent Service

We noticed some cracks at the dry wall and had some doors not closing properly. We called a foundation repair contractor to give us a quote and he recommended a lot of money that is when we called FIF Engineering for a second opinion. They did a detail inspection from the interior, exterior, electronic measurement and all. And they recommended a foundation repair which was with in our budget and helped us save a lot of money. We recommend them to you all.

We had some little hair line cracks around the house inside and outside too. We were not sure what was going on and were very worried. Then we called Bj at FIF Engineering to come and tell us what was going on. BJ was very prompt on the appointment. He checked the foundation with a electronic machine, He checked the soil on the outside with some strength measuring tool. He went to the attic did detail structural analysis, of the roof sheathing and roof framing. After 2 hours of detail study of the house he told us that we had minor foundation settlement but nothing to worry about at this time. He promised a report in 24hrs and a short and precise report was obtained the next day. We hired a dry wall repair contractor and did the cosmetic repairs as recommended. I recommend FIF Engineering to all.
