His word is as good as an honest handshake. His price was very reasonable. I had him install a stand along gazebo that I purchased from Sams Club. He picked it up and installed it for me. The gazebo I ended up purchasing was a floor model (no need to go into why). Anyways, when they took it down, they stripped a lot of the screws and bolts. Mr. Frank and his partner did a heck of a job with what they had to work with (also had to purchase other screws to make it work).
