"We will definitely use Jay Young Plumbing again in the future. David took great care of us. Very professional, and a super nice guy. He found the problem, showed us exactly what it was, explained what it would take to fix it, and got the repair done quickly. We are on a budget, so we appreciate the honesty and the reasonable cost for the repair. The Angie's List coupon was an added bonus!"

"I could not have been happier with the  work that was done, Don was here when he said he would be, diagnoised the problem, and removed the pump, found a wiring problem starting, repaired it while replacing the pump. replaced an old sand filter, and made it easier to service. He is a true West Texas professional. if you have a water well problem, call Don.

"Repairs irrigation and house pumps...does good work....prompt and timely...does good work"

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
