Most jobs we like to bid so you have a clear idea at the start what your cost is. On occasion by the hour is necessary on projects that have a lot of unknowns. Payment is 50% up front and 50% at completion in most cases. All material money in advance or you supply all material to be on site at the beginning of the job.
