"I stumbled across Eric after searching for an arborist on google. Within minutes of requesting a consultation, Eric responded and was very communicative all the way up to his arrival to my home. I inquired about tree pruning as I was ready to pay someone to complete this task but Eric assured me that it was not necessary to prune this year as it seemed my trees had previously been over pruned. Eric could've charged me to prune my trees, but instead he chose to educate me for free. I will call Eric in the future."

"Andrew and his crew came and brought down the tree. It went well and Andrew and Pedro came back the next day to grind the stump. During the grinding a belt broke rendering the grinder inoperable.
