"Travis and his assistant were nice enough, but after the cleaning procedure was done.  They hit me with a $499 invoice in addition to the $99 that was already paid via Angie’s list.  Two and one half hours after they left, I went into my garage and heard water running.  They used my hose to hook up to their equipment and removed their equipment, but left my water running for that length of time.  They also told me that since they could not reach the main air duct, I would have to have an A/C man take care of it.  So I paid $599 and the work is still not complete.  I am not a happy camper."
