"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We had a sewer drain issue that my 50ft manual feed snake would not clear. Since purchasing the house 32 years ago the only cleanout I knew of was 2" cast iron outside wall at the origin point of the drain system at the kitchen. I talked with several plumbing companies, most them wanted to re-attempt snaking, which I had already done twice with no result. If that didn't work then they would use the hydro jet high-pressure washer to attempt to clear. Our house being 60+ years old I did not want to risk the hydro-jetting, which could severely damage the piping under the slab, until the line was cleared. What I really needed was to know if I had a cleanout on the main sewer line where it exits the house and those companies wanted a additional large sum of money to use a camera with a locating sensor only after the line was cleared and flowing. We had used Mr Rooter in the past (before purchasing the 50' snake machine) so I called and asked them to have their most experienced tech call me"

"Had two water leaks one under the water heater on the hot side and one under the kitchen. Thought it was going to be a slab job but they did some more investigation and found a better way to repair whith out busting up the floor and making me do tile work in the kitchen (thankfully!) They not only fixed the leaks the same day but also I couldn't tell anything was done in the house it was as clean as when I left it and they installed a pop up assembly that I had been working on for me !!!! (That's great service) The only problem was when I called and scheduled for them to come out the sales person did not show up that day and I had to call back to make another appointment luckily my wife works from home so it was no biggie But big thanks to Ken and Warren your amasing and if I need any more work done I will be more than glad to call yall back ! "No doubt they hire great installation people, but their communication and honoring their quotes has little to be desired. I will elaborate. I was given a quote, left on my voicemail. I responded the next day letting NRG know I accepted their quote. 1 week later I received a phone call telling me they wouldn't honor the quote give, and they cited the reasons as Tarif's. This was back in April 2025. I still went with NRG, albeit at a$1000.00 increase. The second reason I wouldn't recommend this company, and this for me is the final straw, after installing my solar NRG didn't let me know I needed to have an ESR release, in layman's terms this is necessary for your power company to accept your new solar system. I found out this information when they contacted me in August 2025. NEG blamed the company who upgraded my Electrical Panel. NRG INSTALLED MY SOLAR AFTER THE PANEL WAS UPGRADED. Since this company doesn't communicate with its clients I would say go with another company."

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"This place was awesome. I hate going to doctors or any medical place because it always seems to take up your whole day and is just awkward period. This place had me in and out within an hour. When I walked in the two girls at the desk Desiree and Brittani were super welcoming and helpful to any question I had (which was a lot today). This made the visit already much less awkward. Shortly after being seated Myra came in and brought me to the back she was super friendly and helpful as well. She asked me thorough questions and listened to every concern or question I had. Shortly after placing me in the room Gabriella bienevedas ( I am unsure how to spell her name) came in she explained everything in detail, what the problem was, causes and things to avoid to prevent problems. I was in and out of there within an hour but I felt like they took the time to genuinely explain things and seem to care. I have never walked out of a medical place feeling satisfied with the wait, service, staff and environment so it really meant a lot. These four girls were all awesome and I cant brag enough on them."
