"Metal side door needed a new screen. Old screen was ripped and weathered. Met customer at door and proceeded to the side door to look at screen and to complete paper work and sign contract. Business card left with clients wife. No charge for quoting home on estimate, Our quote included prices for screen and labor. Provided shopping and pick up from store as a courtesy. Screen went up within an hour with some custom shaping of screen. Great Client and wonderful experience!"

"Customer had 2 trees and one roof for holiday light install.100 ft White LED lights on the house and and 100 ft Red LED lights each on two trees with a 48 inch circumference. lights adjoined by extensions one 50 ft and another 100 feet connected to an exterior electrical outlet. Customer lives in central Texas, had fathers house decorated for holiday season in Amarillo. Met the resident while installing, nice man and finished installation and left business card with him. Client then had me back out to take down lighting, no contact on adjustments or return requests. Returned post holidays and took down lighting and and extension cords and left the items with resident. No effort or request from customer to remedy any problems if any occurred. Cashed checks only after completed assignments. Gave customer a labor Discount for removal after customer searched for other services providers but could not find a service provider and requested a lower rate to help with budgeting, we agreed to a one time discount. "Arrived at (consumer name withheld per their request) residence and proceeded in, Customer did not have all the hardware needed upon arrival.No charge for quoting home on estimate, Our quote included prices for labor. Provided shopping and pick up from store as a courtesy. Customer reimbursed me for purchases. Pot rack leveled and snap anchors installed leaving the rack able to hold 325 lbs of weight. No joist in area where pot was installed so anchor was the next best thing."

"A very remote location, Client had 4 trees to have trimmed. I arrived a bit later than quoted on the fact that my chain on my pole saw need replacing. contacted client ahead of time to let him know id be coming a bit later. Trees trimmed with pole saw, hand saw, and machete. Quoted customer a few weeks before trimming and kept quote upon arrival. Hauled away big limbs. Client very nice and pleasant to be around, willing to come out and do additional work in the future."

"Jannis and I booked a Job that was suppose to be completed in advance of needed it. Her husband was coming home and needed Hand rails in the rest area. upon arrival we got notice that he would be home early and the deadline was later that afternoon. Job was completed with 1 hour to spare. Left Card and receipt with client. Client left me at her house while i worked and come back on completion. Amazing people, willing to work for them again."

"Client had gutter that were damaged by weight of build up in gutters, gutters hadn't been service for a long time allowing dirt leaves and even mud to build up and dam structures. Spent 2 1/2 hours to make sure gutters were clean and undammed. Wonderful client and a very interesting gutter experience."
