"Electrician had professional appearance and work ethic. Job was not easy due to the new RG6 cable was required to be installed in the flat roof area of the home which is a very confined space to maneuver. Arrived on time as promised, but unfortunately the cable used was not adequate to transmit the new Spectrum digital signal and the following day I had to have the newly installed cable (which was a copper cladded RG6 cable) replaced by a steel cladded RG6 cable in order to receive the Spectrum signal. I attempted to alert the electrician that due to the recent change of Spectrum from an analog signal to a digital signal on April 17th 2018 that he needed to use a higher quality RG6 cable or he would continue to have unsatisfied customers. Electrician has failed to return my call which is unfortunate for him as I think his work was excellent, but his future cable installation jobs may be rated less than excellent if the quality of cable used is not resolved."

Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
