They had to make 2 trips because they did have all the right materials the first time

Great! No hiccups or delays and my new garbage disposal now has electricity! The technician answered my questions and told me what his plan was for hooking it up. He cleaned up afterwards and processed payment with the office over the phone. Done with everything in less than an hour!

Prompt courteous response. Came back when one outlet not functioning - rechecked and replaced no additional charges

It now makes a clicking noise and I called them to come back but they never called back to make an appointment.

The technician came to my house on 3/25/2015; diagnosed problem within a short time; gave me an estimate; came back the next day and installed a new breaker box. The technician was very professional; knew exactly what he was doing. By the way, I had 3 licensed electricians prior to this that could not diagnose the problem I was having. Thank goodness I found Angies list and was able to find the highest rated electricians in my area. The price was reasonable; I had estimated it be a lot more than what Scott Electric charged me. I will definitely use them again if I need more electrical work done. And I will be using Angies list to find the best people for some more projects I need to be done in my house and yard.

Jacen and his apprentice Jeff did a great job.  While the job could have been done a little cheaper, we were after quality and safety. So the outcome is an overall lower cost.
They worked efficiently to get the job done quickly but safely.  Polite and courteous.

Employee was very professional. He was running a little behind schedule from a previous job and called to inform me. I am very happy with the work done and would recommend this company and use them again.

It went good. My husband liked the work they did. Two people came out and they were here for about 1- 1/2 weeks. They had another job they were doing at the same time. This is why it took longer. They would be late and left early. I had to clean up after them. They swept everything in a pile that I cleaned up. I would tell a friend or family member to expect a mess.

The techician came when he said he would.  He met with my wife and explained to her the details of what they were doing and why an how much it would cost. Performed the work proptly.

It was wonderful.  He made sure that the job was right.  I can't say enough about them.

He told me that I should buy a long pole to change the light bulbs in the ceiling that were too high for me to reach, and that his brother-in-law had just bought one and it works great. He also told me that I should go to Wal-Mart and buy the under-the-counter lights and the directions to install them are included and they can be hard wired. All you do is cut the plug off. Everything is included in box, including the light bulbs.



I went to Wal Mart and they only had the stick lights. I went to Southerlands and they only had the metal case for the fixture. Everything else was to be bought separately. I have no clue what to buy.



Then he told me that whoever I called, them or another company, would come and install them if I had all the supplies.



So, I still do not have my new under-the-counter lights and I need one ceiling light bulb changed.



When I called Scott Electric, I told him exactly what I needed to have done and how soon could he send someone over to do the job. He was the one who wanted to give me an estimate first. Yes, he was very polite. I just never thought I would have someone tell me that I could call another company.



I do have a major job to have an air conditioner installed, a central H/A unit, but I do not think I will be calling Scott Electric for this.
