They have always been very good on the service side. They are not necessarily the best in price but they are definitely the best in promptness and service quality. They also do electrical and plumbing work. I like their service quality, promptness and they have 24 hour dispatching. They replaced a broken connection that led from my water well to the main supply in my home. I called them late and it was almost closing time when I discovered the leak and within 30 minutes since I called they had a technician come out and evaluate the problem and he was done by 6 O'clock. They are very good with their service calls. They installed a central air conditioning system for me in a previous home.

The technician's told me that the back end of my commercial refridgerator/freezer was only a fridge. They worked on my fridge for 4hours and charged me $1200.00. I almost fel out of my chair when they gave me that price. It turns out they were incorrect about the fridge. It was a freezer. Because I was under the impression it was only a fridge I left it running for a month. I had another company come out and take a look a month later. This gentleman was on the roof and flipped the blower switch on, that C.A.W had never switched on. Turns out it was a freezer, the blower switch needed to be turned on this whole time. The problem is now that the blower hasn't been on this entire month and it has blown out my freezer. Now it is inoperable. I called C.A.W back and they have treated me very rudely. They are asking for $120.00 to even take another look at it. I've called back as recently as today and they hung up on because it was the "end of the day". I feel like I've been taken advantage of and worse yet have been treated with a complete lack of respect.

I was still under warranty and CAW replaced both the compresser outside and the inside unit. They did a good job.

I called in the evening and they were there in the morning at 9am. They would have come on an emergency basis, if I wanted to pay extra. Friendly and quick workers!
