"I explained at 930am that I had a leak that was causing damage and unable to find a plumber able to come look at it. He said he could make it here today after lunch. It was the best I could do at that time so I agreed. Toilet continues to leak even though the water to it is off. I heard nothing. I finally called John back at 2p to get an update. He now says, oops sorry, can’t make it today. Now I have damaged floors, it’s Friday afternoon and I just lost several hours I could’ve spent getting a professional here. If you have anything even remotely urgent, do NOT call this guy. He couldn’t even bother with a 2 minute courtesy call."
