Knowing all the repairs that needed to be done they show up at 3;00 and call me at 5 asking if I am going to pay overtime. instead of overtime they charge transportation time both days. After spending 3 hours getting the hot water heater to light (nearly $150./hr as there were 2 of them), knowing it kept going out, the technician refused to leave the water heater on due to a new code regarding vent tubing. if I'd have known I was going to spend that much on him lighting the heater just to leave it off, I wouldn't have had him fix it. There were 2 guys there the whole time and 1 stood around most of the time and still was charged for 2.

The people that answer the phone are really nice. I rate them a B because it seems like the people that came out were a little inexperienced. They needed to call somebody else to help.

!!Plumbers were excellent, worked h****** an all day job but did excellent work.
Didn't install the actual model I wanted but didn't notice the cheaper model until it was too late. Talked with Butch about a
RTGH-95DVLN but installed RTGH-84DVLN $500 cheaper unit. So be sure you check all the numbers on your bid lest you receive less than you asked for. My fault!! The install was delayed by 1 week because they didn't get the unit in, I was told the day before they were supposed to install. If I had to do it over I would probable buy the unit from Amazon and pay for installation separately.
The 84DVLN was $1044.99 on Amazon and the 95 was $1687.65 so I think I over paid for installation

I am remodeling my kitchen. After removing the existing cabinets, I noticed a slow leak behind the wall where the sink supply line is. I also noticed the new cabinet next to the range would not fit over the existing gas line. Since I did not know the schedule of the cabinet installers, I chose to pay overtime and call a plumber out on the weekend to ensure the area was ready for the next phase. Lamar was very responsive and showed up within a few hours. Joey repaired the hot and cold water lines that feed the kitchen sink, but they leaked again and he had to start over which took him into his second hour at overtime rates. The gas line had to be moved six inches to the right because it would be in the way of the new cabinet width. Joey moved it and the distance would now allow the cabinet to fit. During the next week while I was installing the new flooring, I notice the gas feed was longer than it was before he moved it. It now protruded over seven inches from the wall. Measuring the cavity behind the range, I found that it allowed only four inches. I called Lamar to come out and redo the fitting and they said they'd charge me again because I approved their work. I did approve the new distance, but had no idea he added a three inch nipple in the process. I called the office and they also said since I didn't supply drawings, and they did what I asked, they stood firm in charging me for the re-fit. Never did they ask me for drawings or ask the depth requirement for the range. I sent them on their way. Totally dissatisfied, and won't call them again.

It went ok. My faucets are old and they couldn't find the parts to fix it, so right now, my water runs again, it's not leaking anymore, so I'm happy. However, I can only fill the tub with the shower head because the water doesn't come out through the bottom spout.

I called in my service request to replace the hose bibs on the exterior of the house at approximately 9:30am. The plumbers arrived in less than one hour, since they were in the neighborhood already. They were efficient, professional, and did an excellent job. Because we were re-doing a bathroom ourselves, they said to call if we needed any assistance. We did have difficulty with installing the toilet because the flange broke, and we were unable to replace it. I made another service call. It took a few hours for them to get to us again, but the same plumbers came back and replaced the broken flange and installed the toilet. They did an excellent job again. Lamar Plumbing will definitely be the company I call in the future.

They came out in the mornign and the first machine did not work had to go get a new machine and unplugged the drain and it has not stopped up since. They did the job well.

The young guys came out and did great work. They have also been out a couple of other times. They are very good. They are close to where I work. I recommend them highly. They don't gouge you on weekends or after hours. Their price was good. I priced people on the sewer line and they were much higher.

They showed up 10 minutes after I called them because they realized it was a serious situation. They worked hard and fast and did a good job putting everything back the way it was. The cherry on top was the military discount they gave us once they found out my husband had served in the Airforce. I cannot recommend this company enough!

The plumber, Danny, was very professional, knew exactly what to do and even provided advice for the prevention of future clogs.
