He was here within a couple of hours. I began to worry that the problem was worse than a clogged pipe when his industrial size roto machine couldn't clear it. Using a high tech gadget to locate the spot where the snake stopped he dug down to expose and examine the pipe. Luckily, it was in good shape and not broken, which we expected. He then used another high tech deviced mounted on a trailer which used high pressure water jets to cut through the clog. The backed up sewage soon drained down and he was able to get a camera down the pipe, which showed a massive rootball, which he was able to shred easily with the cutting action of the water jets.
James is very knowledgeable and professional, and determined as well. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber.
