Shower remodel/conversion for handicap access. We also work with VA for free shower remodels for disabled veterans

"The job started badly from the get-go. The workers showed up late and barked at me for calling Ben to let them know that they were late. The workers lacked professionalism all the way around. They were never on time, they were messy and they lacked serious attention to detail. Ben presented himself as the owner/foreman yet he rarely came to supervise the job. When I presented him with the discrepancies he didn't want to hear it. He basically told me that I was getting what I paid for. I ended up having to hire another contractor to redo the shower floor because it was so poorly done. I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The complaint is now part of All Access Renovation Inc's business profile. I will now have to go through small claims court to try to recoup my losses. I find it hard to believe that all of the other reviews rated them a 5-star company. Beware."

"Great work done by Dorin at Alamo Kitchen & Bath on our new water heater installation and guest room bathroom shower which required plumbing work to replace the shower valve and other accessories.
