This was a great experience. I had called Miracle Method to find out the cost and process beforehand. I removed the bathtub fixtures to avoid overspray and removed the shower rod/curtain and everything else that was moveable . Ryan showed up at my house at 9:30 and looked at my tub. He confirmed the need to remove a previously applied coating. He began by stripping the old coating. Then he applied the rust neutralizing agent. Afterward, he added the material to fill in the low spots. This material has a strong smell. It was a cold day so I couldn't open windows. I didn't get a headache, but I did feel a little dizzy. Later, Ryan sanded down the compound to get a smooth finish for the bottom. The painting was next. He papered and taped off the tile and pipes where I'd removed the fixtures and then began spraying. This had a different smell and it was really strong as well. He applied a few coats and then asked me to confirm it was the color I wanted. He then applied the final coat and it looked great! Ryan installed a strong fan with a long 18" diameter hose that he ran out through a window. It was about 5:00 by this time and getting dark; and, as I said earlier, it was cold. He was not prepared to cover the open part of the window beside the hose. He said he could use his tape to try to hold up a tarp but I told him I was uncomfortable leaving the window open for several hours so I'd just live with the smell. He told me it would dissipate in a couple days, which it did. Ryan arrived at 9:30 the next day to remove the paper/tape, add the non-slip finish to the tub, and reapply new caulk. He cleaned the area well and I was able to pay with a check. Ryan was skilled, professional, and did a great job.

prompt, on time. They did a great joy, I would hire them again!
I am pleased with the overall look of the countertops and the price is fair. It is definitely a good way to change the look of your kitchen or bathroom at a minimal price. I did not anticipate the mess that this project would cause. There is a tremendous amount of dust that seems to coat every inch of the house. The dust I could have lived with, it was the razors, sandpaper, and other supplies just left in the bathroom that bothered me. There is also texture now on my tile and commode from overspray. The product itself is a good deal but I think the staff needs to work on professionalism and learn to pick up after themselves. The installers were good about communicating when they would be at my house, but I felt the salesman had poor communication concerning the job.
