It looks awesome and really completes the master bathroom. Scott and his team did a great job getting everything completed in a timely manner. They sent me an email the night before explaining the process, called me in the morning they were on their way, and kept me in the loop through the whole process. They did a great job on this tub as well as the one I had done a couple of years ago. Very happy!

Miracle Method was quick to respond to request for estimate (they came the next morning). They gave a reasonable price and we planned to schedule about two weeks out. I wanted to do earlier, but they were booked up. That afternoon, they called that they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted them to come that day. The first day was less than two hours and the second day was less than 30 minutes! The fumes were pretty strong on day one, but we opened windows and used fans and it was fine by that evening. I think ours was a relatively minor job, but I was very happy with their professionalism and the result. It looks like a new tub!

Tub looks brand new. entire bath looks much better than before. Price was 1/10 of estimates to re-model. We did not want to spend big bucks on a second bath update so this was a great alternative.

They told us exactly how things would progress and were on time and got the work done in the amount of time they promised. Their work was excellent and we are pleased with the way the bathroom looks. It really updated the bathroom without a huge expense.

The team ( Matt and Patrick) was very professional from handling the quote to applying the product, to retouching some areas. I am very happy with the price, the service and the final product. It looks like a new tub surround now. Time will tell how well it wears.

This was a great experience.  I had called Miracle Method to find out the cost and process beforehand.  I removed the bathtub fixtures to avoid overspray and removed the shower rod/curtain and everything else that was moveable . Ryan showed up at my house at 9:30 and looked at my tub.  He confirmed the need to remove a previously applied coating.  He began by stripping the old coating.  Then he applied the rust neutralizing agent.  Afterward, he added the material to fill in the low spots.  This material has a strong smell.  It was a cold day so I couldn't open windows.  I didn't get a headache, but I did feel a little dizzy.  Later, Ryan sanded down the compound to get a smooth finish for the bottom. The painting was next.  He papered and taped off the tile and pipes where I'd removed the fixtures and then began spraying.  This had a different smell and it was really strong as well.  He applied a few coats and then asked me to confirm it was the color I wanted.  He then applied the final coat and it looked great!  Ryan installed a strong fan with a long 18" diameter hose that he ran out through a window.  It was about 5:00 by this time and getting dark; and, as I said earlier, it was cold. He was not prepared to cover the open part of the window beside the hose. He said he could use his tape to try to hold up a tarp but I told him I was uncomfortable leaving the window open for several hours so I'd just live with the smell.  He told me it would dissipate in a couple days, which it did. Ryan arrived at 9:30 the next day to remove the paper/tape, add the non-slip finish to the tub, and reapply new caulk. He cleaned the area well and I was able to pay with a check. Ryan was skilled, professional, and did a great job.

Refinish tub:  $450

Strip old finish:  $100

Add non-slip finish:  $75

Discount (Angie's List):  $25

Total Cost: $600

Mr. Miller came out and gave us an estimate on the work that we wanted done.  He brought samples out so that we could pick our colors.  We agreed on 2 sets of dates to have the work done one bathroom at a time. We requested to have the guest bathtub tile resurfaced white.  It was a pale yellow from the 70's.  We then requested that the yellowish marble countertop be done in a grey granite and the sinks be resurfaced white.  There is an extra charge for doing 2 colors but not much. In the master bath, we have a huge shower with a step down.  We requested that the floor of the shower and the step be done in the grey granite and the rest of the tile be done in white. It took 3 days to do each bathroom.  The techs came in to clean and tape/paper off the area to be resurfaced the first day.  The second day they prime and resurface the area and the third day they put a final coat on let it dry and removed tape and paper.  Each day they are only here about 2 to 3 hours. The techs are very careful and keep the area clean. There will be overspray but it wipes up easily like dust.  I took everything out of my bathrooms and I closed all doors to the rest of the house.  This pretty much eliminated too much to wipe down.  It does smell so be prepared to have a box fan running to help circulate the air.  It doesn't last too long.  The final results are WORTH IT!!!  My bathrooms are beautiful!!!!!  These guys come in and transform your bathroom in 3 days and all you have to do is a little dusting afterwards!!!  I highly recommend this service to anyone thinking about updating their bathrooms.  Extremely easy people to work with!

I am pleased with the overall look of the countertops and the price is fair.  It is definitely a good way to change the look of your kitchen or bathroom at a minimal price.  I did not anticipate the mess that this project would cause.  There is a tremendous amount of dust that seems to coat every inch of the house.  The dust I could have lived with, it was the razors, sandpaper, and other supplies just left in the bathroom that bothered me.  There is also texture now on my tile and commode from overspray.  The product itself is a good deal but I think the staff needs to work on  professionalism and learn to pick up after themselves.  The installers were good about communicating when they would be at my house, but I felt the salesman had poor communication concerning the job.

I had work done in both bathrooms a couple years ago...very pleased with them then and even more so now - why?  I rented my house out shortly after I had the work done, I returned in March and noticed a couple of  small areas where the overlay was missing, contact Mr. Scott Miller, sent him a photo, he immediately scheduled a touch up session, FREE OF CHARGE...who does that in today's market?  Thank You!
