They seemed to be reasonable. The end results were good. I was pleased with the quality of their work. I would recommend their price and the quality of their service as well as their responsiveness.

Their designer was fantastic and very helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and gave great ideas. I liked I was able to choose my appliances at the store and we got everything at a great price. Everything went well during the installation. It did take awhile for us to get the counter tops while the rest of the project was finished, we ended up waiting for about a month for them to install the counters. Everything else was beautiful and we had a great finished product.

It was a good experience. The sales person was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was good. They delivered it when they said they would. The appliance cost was good and they had a military discount.

They were very helpful. I was able to purchase a washer and the difficult to find gas dryer that I needed. They gave me a discount off of the sale price. They even arranged someone to install it for me. I was up and running within 3 days from my old units going out.

The service in the store was great and I was able to get great financing. 12 months same as cash. They were great about getting back to me when I had questions. I was was pleased with the service.

It worked out great. I used the gift card the day I got it. It was amazing, the coupon was for $25 for the 1st purchase for 15. It was convenient, it's close by, I like the products. They've always been good on returns and everything else. It's an amazing store, in my opinion. I keep going there because they're just amazing, their customer service and the people who work there. You can get a bad product anywhere sometimes but people listen to you and I've returned stuff there before.

Their work was great. They were sub contracted for us. A lot of times i think they would give them other jobs to complete before they came out here. Sometimes the staffing would be different. Sometimes they would tell us that they would be here at 10 A.M., and not show up until 12. I would use them again.

I love their customer service and the variety of things they have. I like them much better than their competitors. I've had my kitchen remodeled through them through a location in Massachusetts and have used them ever since.

Not a good experience. We really needed frames more than windows and thought we were getting complete frames. We didn't, and were told the sashes required the work of a remodeler, which, Lowe's doesn't do. Lots of back and forth with Lowe's, an unproductive visit with the subcontractor who did the installation, and a so-so resolution, with the sashes --basically not in great shape--getting covered over with a vinyl overlay. It looks just ok and only time well tell if this is going to last. The moral of the story is you get what you pay for with these guys--if not less. Lots of "miscommunication".

They did the work in three and a half days. They were meticulous about the clean up. They were very courteous, professional and they lived up to their commitment. The sales person, Rick, was very patient about answering my questions and with helping me with additional discounts. They were very customer service friendly.

Easy process to order at store and have installed. All of the satisfaction survey calls were annoying, though. Installer had to come back second time to fix tack strip, but all OK in the end.

Lowe's installed the flooring that we selected at their store where the employees were helpful and knowledgeable, and then came out and installed it. It was a well-supervised job and they completed it all within four and a half days. The floor is level and there are no blemishes or problem areas. We wouldn't have changed anything about the installation. They cleaned our floors well before leaving.

The sales people at Lowe's were very helpful with the windows we bought, and they were installed according to precise specifications. They did a good job, however I did notice a wrinkle in the flashing outside the house.

Lowes Home Improvement showed up on time to do the work. The only problem I had was that the door locking mechanism sticks a little when locking and unlocking. The price was reasonable. Lowe's sub-contracted out the work to be done.

Lowes Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our carpet. I feel the carpet looks great as it has no wrinkles or it is not fraying up at all. They have very respectful employees and nice to deal with. I will definitely use them in the future for our carpeting needs.

Lowes Home Improvement was very professional. They did the work in a short time. They were very polite. They cleaned up everything after they finished the job. I would hire them again.

Lowes did an excellent job, though I thought the price was a little high. They finished the job in one day and used high quality tile. The grout lines are very even and still clean; the corners and all the cuts were all good. The two workers also left the area very clean when they left.

The salesman at Lowe's was very helpful when I went to pick out these items, and the workers came out and finished the entire job in two days. They did a good job, except for some very minor stuff, such as the fact that one cabinet was closer to the stove than the other. I said nothing about it, and consider it very minor.
