Initially moved several plants and provided quality mulch for curb appeal.
Mowed yard on an as needed bases rather than a set schedule (helped keep costs down pending sale).
Easy to work with.  Plan to continue using lawn services at new home.

They were prompt and did good work. Their employees were professional. They are very reasonably priced as well.

Great Group of guys, fantastic response to what we needed done to our yard, Jason is always quick to respond, he is courteous , and provides a response usually within 30mins. The group of lawn service techs were also friendly and willing to listen to what I wanted done. Also out of everyone we called here on Angies List Jason was the only one to Answer the Phone! Trust me I called 7 of them.

Jason and his crew are true professional.  Completed job in one day. My only concern is a he ran out of grass in a small area and said he would return to finish, he has yet return.

We bought a travel trailer and we had them do some tree and shrub trimming because they were rubbing on the trailer as we backed up into the drive way.

We had a tree limb that broke and was hanging over our sidewalk. We called the came out and charged $40. They responded quickly and we felt that our situation was a little bit dangerous.

Jason and crew laid sod on July 9, 2014. The sod was laid with 2-3 inches between each piece. The reason that was given is we would not have enough sod. These gaps became an issue straight away. The edges of each piece turned brown and weeds (aggressive weeds) quickly grew in the cracks and have literally taken over the yard. I have huge holes where the gaps were, I have dead grass in many areas.The "sides" are very uneven (2 separate jobs as noted above)..
I contacted Jason in early August and explained.  the state of the yard. His initial response was "I've never done a job for you. MY COMPANY LAYS SOD END TO END. I scanned and emailed the copy of the check which jarred his memory. Jason did remember after seeing the scanned check copy. He then stated that SOD INSTALLATION IS NOT GUARANTEED. In a subsequent email I inquired where I could find that policy (It was not on their website or receipt.) I contacted Jason 3-4 times in the past few weeks. While he said he would come to look at the state of the grass and apply weed control and fertilizer, he has not called or messaged since September 18, 2014, even though I have emailed him twice and he talked to my husband once.
 I told Jason that I even bought my own weed killer (I had fertilizer he gave my husband on the day of install to be used on the older half of the yard and that I would treat the yard myself with a little direction from him. Jason did not reply.
 Because the appearance and state of the grass, I am requesting:
 For new sod to be installed using what Jason said is his company's standard and practice is: placing the sod directly next to each other.  ( It is also the industry standard) .
Add weed killer on soil before installing grass
Ensure the grass is CERTIFIED JAMUR ZOYSIA sod (I am almost convinced we didn't  get JaMus Zoysia at all)
 Visit to check the state of the grass every couple of weeks and correct as required
 To summarize:
 The grass quality is inferior (very possible it is not JaMur Zoysia at.all
The sod was laid with 2-3 inches gap, aggressive weeds are consuming the grass leaving dead grass in its wake
Many gaps have turned into holes 6-8 inches wide and 3-4 inches deep.

It was good. It was what they advertise but it's not what I wanted.

Jason and his guys were friendly and professional, did a great job, and used good quality mulch and top dressing.  Will definitely use this company again.  Could improve communication a bit as I wasn't always notified of delays, and never received the email invoice that I requested.

We bought a coupon from Angie's List for Precision Lawn & Tree Care for premium mulching.  Jason Seidel, the owner, came out first to look over our yards.  While he was here, we also discussed having him do other things and he gave us an estimate for the additional work.  His was the best price for the work.  Jason and his crew came out multiple times to do all the work.  He was very good to work with and had good suggestions for what we wanted to do.  His crew was excellent, especially Sam, who leveled the mulched areas in the front yard and re-installed large pavers we had in a very artistic pattern. It looks great!  We also appreciated that Jason suggested we take a "pup" from our sago palm in the backyard and transplant in the front yard instead of buying another one.  The front and back yards look terrific.  We would definitely use them again.

Crew did a great job of evenly spreading mulch around hedges surrounding my house. Some mulch was remaining, so crew placed in other parts of my yard. 
At time of scheduling, I was given additional choice of mulch, a nice surprise. I selected cedar.
Upon arrival, crew was polite, professional, efficient and organized. Cleanup after work completed was excellent. 
I will use them in the future. The work exceeded my expectations.
I will also look into Precision Lawn & Tree for my annual tree trimming.

Precision Lawn was great about setting up the original appointment. We scheduled it for Tuesday, June 17. Unfortunately, they ran late that day at other jobs and had to reschedule. These things happen and I did not mind rescheduling, but I would like for them to have contacted me when they  knew they would not be able to make the original appointment time. Jason from Precision Lawn contacted me the following day and offered to give me an extra half yard of mulch at no cost to compensate me for the inconvenience. I thought this was a nice gesture on his part and it more than compensated me for my time. We rescheduled and Jason and his crew of 4 workers showed up as promised even though the heavy rain that day did delay them slightly. They worked quickly and completed spreading the mulch in all the beds in about 1.5 hours. They then cleaned everything up and left the yard, driveway and walkways in pristine condition. I was impressed with their work ethic and the quality of the work as well. I am very happy with the overall experience and I plan to use Precision Lawn again in the future.
