"The guys were very prompt, and had fantastic communication with us. They worked with my schedule and tried to get to the issue as fast as time could allow. Paul knew we were working on a constrained budget and really went above and beyond to help us be able to afford to make the repairs needed, which was really a life saver. Paul explained the entire issue to us, and even gave us a much more simple, straight forward way that even we could do ourselves if we wanted to, and quoted us a price that was amazingly better for us. We'll definitely be having them come back later to go about fixing that issue as well. 
The work was completed in about 3-4 days, given the need to have things dry, or juggle schedules, and it looked fantastic once it was done. They also took special care to protect the area around the damage from the dust and debris from clearing it out and doing repairs, and kept it all contained and away from the rest of our house. We weren't able to afford the cosmetic work, in retexturing and repainting, but they also gave us some advise on how to easily do it ourselves, and pointed out some examples on the other ceilings in our home. 
I really don't think we'll ever be calling anyone else but the guys at American Remodel in the future, both for the incredible quality of their work, and for how very caring they are about what they do and the people they help. I've already recommended them to another friend I have at work with a similar issue. They're professional, honest, hardworking and kind.
