I am a farmer that does business with many different companies. This was one of the best experiences I have had to date. Water quality is a very underrated thing in everyday life, and Tadlock Water Solutions is the best of the best. It is a family owned and operated business, with extremely friendly and personal service. Their knowledge and efficiency is unprecedented, and they can make a system work for just about any home situation. Their equipment is top quality, and they will stand behind it completely. The service absolutely continues after installation with both the softener, and the r/o system. Filters and salt are maintained by them on a schedule. Do not hesitate to use Tadlock. I would personally stand behind my recommendation. I couldn't have asked for a better business transaction. Thank you Tadlock Water Solutions.

They went out of their way to place the unit outside where my husband wanted it, which meant more digging and they did not charge us any extra. I so appreciated that because we are new to Lubbock and just bought the home. Cost start to add up so things like that really mean allot.
