"A home is the most expensive item a family is ever likely to purchase. And the purchasing of a twenty-year-old house is likely to be filled with even more expensive surprises. In January of 2022, we had our expensive surprise as a midnight torrential downpour left one giant swimming pool of a puddle in our backyard lanai. The next day, we secured some recommendations and M. Perez Pavers name kept coming up with positive reviews. We called that morning and, by 10 AM the following day, Ana and Mauricio were at our home inspecting the damage. Although we were expecting them to tell us that we needed to replace all of the pavers on the lanai (over 200 square feet) , we were pleasantly surprised (and relieved) when they told us that only the flooded section needed to be lifted (not replaced) and some sand had to be replaced and re-leveled so that rainwater would no longer accumulate in that one spot. We hired M. Perez Pavers immediately and after watching the crew work, were not disappointed. Ana and Mauricio treated our lanai as if it were their own. The process of lifting and leveling was done in a careful, clean, and methodical manner. Ana and Mauricio always communicated with us via telephone calls, texts and continually sent us daily updates. They put in full days of work for two days, stopping only to have lunch. And when they were done, they cleaned all debris, and power washed our lanai. In fact, we were so happy with their work, we hired M. Perez Pavers re-cement our driveway edges, which, due to twenty years of usage and weather conditions had cracked and weakened in many places along the edges of our driveway. Thanks to Mauricio and Ana, we now have a lanaiâ ¦ free of accumulating rainwater, repaired to allow it to last that way for many years to come. "Guy named mike from Easy appliance repair came out n checked my fridge! He said he needed $300 up front to order the board to fix it! I gave him $300 cash! He left before giving me a receipt! For weeks he kept saying the part was lost in shipping n they were looking into it! Then last week he tried to say he wasn't the one who came to my house n took my money! Its the same phone# all the messages between us the day he came n of him telling me the part was Iost. All messages are on my project page and saved on my phone! The guy new I'm disabled n had to save that money up! He left before he gave me a receipt because he had no intentions of ordering the part! He came to my house n took My money n then he never came back! Now im out $300 n i still have a tore up fridge in my kitchen!.
