The material was labor & time intensive and not the easiest of installs. It however, was very well executed. Jim and Santana were a pleasure to work with, especially when I had questions or concerns as to what would be the end result. They very much had it under control, and explained everything very well. When a very minor issue revealed itself, Jim was responsive in fixing it. I had no concerns with them being in my home when I wasn't there. "I called American Cleaning Service when my dishwasher broke while i was at work on a 12 hour shift. I came home to water every where in my kitchen and utility room. He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question. "The cleaning service was less than he bathroom counter had obviously been cleared off for cleaning (everything was moved out of place) but the counter had not been cleaned and the floors were left unswept. I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasn’t what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars."
