I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasn’t what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars."

She is highly crafted in the tile trade, color coordination being just one of them. She has a great taste and an eye for what grout color would complement your tile the best to make it pop. For us she has done 3 bathrooms, 2 where walk in showers, and our living room fireplace. All were done quickly and professionally, wouldn’t change a thing. The walk-in showers were a big project for she had to use a grinder to grind down the cement around the drain for quick and proper water flow and she proved no project was too big or too hard for her. I think what we admire most about Christina is her strong work ethics and her reasonable pricing. She was always very reliable, on time and cleaned up the work site every day but what we are most grateful for is she listened to and was able to accomplish our end vision.
