"This hasn’t been a smooth process for me. There was a lack of communication. The team that came out was not prepared or detailed oriented and they did not properly cleanup their messes. When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous.
