"Smart Wash did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of the house, the driveway, and sidewalk. They arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the work with me, and carefully noted any areas to be protected. They covered an ornamental Japanese maple tree to prevent any possible damage from the cleaning elements. Teamwork was paramount and very efficient. The group leader checked and double checked each section of the house until he was satisfied it was thoroughly cleaned. Even the gutters look like new now! Great job and good value for the money. Will definitely call again next time."

"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."

Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? Probably moved on to newer hunting grounds."
