"The AFS team of Matthew Ridley Shawn Lowe and Kyre Stewart showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and promptly completed the job. "David recently came out for a periodic system inspection and promptly replaced a sump pump exit line valve out in the yard that had been damaged by a lawnmower. we discussed adding a backup to the sump pump, which I decided to do. Matthew was out in just a few days to take care of that installation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. These guys are pros."

"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "All workers showed up on time and the work progressed on time. The weather was a factor but the job was finished in time and in a very professional manner. There was never a time when I had to worry if the job was being done the way it should be. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.

I plan to use this provider in the future for work inside my home."
