"Petey was very easy to work with. He was great with his follow up, came out as promised and kept in contact with me throughout the whole job. This was a big departure from a previous Angi experience. We were looking for an exterminator, and I was reviewing through the list when one morning, at 8am, two men showed up at my door. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue. However, we had just moved into the mountains of Tennessee and had my two elderly in laws living here. They were both frightened at the sight of two strangers. Anyway, the men said they were “from Terminex and had been sent out by there office.” Once I explained that, no, I had not hired any one, a call to their office confirmed that someone from Angi had told them that we had in fact hired Terminex.
