I can always depend on him showing up for scheduled mowing. He has good communication, a good example would be if it rains the day he is supposed to mow he let's me know what day he will come because of the weather without me having to ask. I have also had him do some landscaping work and am very happy with pricing and results. My yard hasn't looked better!
