"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

SBC wasnâ t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we wanted someone whoâ d do a nice job. They did! "James Fineman is the GUY! Cost was low enough that I added "drip edge" to the contract. He gladly accommodated my particular needs. When I had a question, he came right out; it wound up being nothing. I called a few months later, when water was pouring over one corner of a gutter. Mr. Fineman, within 24 hrs, said he'd send his crew that afternoon. He called later, to say that the crew had been held up. He came, himself, the next day. We differed on the cause of the spill over. Even though he was convinced that his crew was not at fault, he initiated a solution. I don't mean that he rescheduled his crew; he did it himself. Right there. Right then. I just don't know what more you could possibly expect. I am very happy with the roofing job, and, certainly, with follow-up customer service.
