We do things right the first time, Masonry is a very permanent job and bound to be there for decades to come, attention to detail is essential in our line of work, everything is custom and tailored to our customers specific needs. Here are a few examples of what we do. Hardscaping and outdoor patio items: Flagstone walkways, decorative stone load bearing retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplaces, decorative flagstone flooring, columns, seating areas and grill areas, we also do decorative stone water features such as fish ponds, water falls and small creeks for drainage or just to add that peaceful look/feel to your yard. We also do some large masonry repairs such as: cracks in brick, block, or stone on your steps or retaining walls, usually caused by water damage and we can help deviate that as well. We fix deteriorating brick on chimneys and replace leaking caps metal or masonry. We also remodel indoor fireplaces if you don’t like the current look we can fix that up.

Outdoor Kitchens questions, answered by experts

You can call a second kitchen many different names—butler’s pantry, scullery, prep kitchen, working kitchen, dirty kitchen, or even just second kitchen. In modern times, however, second kitchens are almost always called prep kitchens or small kitchens. However, the purpose of a second kitchen remains the same—prepare food and clean items “behind closed doors.”

In most cases, an outdoor kitchen will significantly increase your property value. Outdoor kitchens beautify your yard and add utility to it, not only for you to enjoy but also to entice buyers to offer more for your home. Opting for higher-quality materials and a professional installation will make a big difference in terms of the return on investment from your outdoor kitchen installation. The only exception is if your outdoor kitchen takes up a large portion of your yard, which could be seen as a drawback to some people.

Silestone® isn’t recommended for outdoor use because UV rays can damage the surface. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight can cause discoloration. Instead, choose an outdoor-friendly countertop material like tile, concrete, stainless steel, or natural stone. If you do choose a natural stone, make sure you either seal it or avoid highly porous stones. For example, choose soapstone over marble.

Pallet wood can withstand all kinds of outdoor weather conditions, which is part of why pallet fences are so appealing to DIY-ers. You can weatherproof the wood further before you paint or stain it, as well. Pallet fences are low-cost, easy to install, and can withstand sun and rain exposure without rotting.

On average, installing a DIY outdoor kitchen costs between $4,550 and $19,000, which is about $1,500 to $6,000 less than having one professionally installed. Many variables factor into the cost of installing an outdoor kitchen, such as the type of material, accessibility to the job site, and the potential costs of hiring a professional electrician or plumber, as well as any necessary permits.
