Exotic Marble, Granite & Tile

AMAZING! The original kitchen, utility and two baths install was over 18 months ago during an extensive, two year long remodel effort...the last install was completed today! Through it all, Hernando ensured availability of matching granite in our entire 3700+ sq ft house (kitchen, 3 and 1/2 baths, utility, and mancave)! Absolutely amazing customer service and professionals!!

Robert and Hernando were very helpful in the process of planning, selecting, and ultimately installing the new tops. Robert helped us out by clearly letting us know what we could do ourselves to save some costs. They also gave us a great price. My wife's aunt is an interior designer and commented on how great the price was compared to what she typically sees for the same grade. We were able to get a grade B, or 2, top installed with a bevel edge for several dollars less per sf than the big box stores were offering. The install also came with a lesson on how to seal and care for the tops. I would highly recommend Exotic MGT if you are considering having new stone tops installed. 
Side note: I strongly recommend talking with a local fabricator/installer before striking out on the process with a big box installer. The process is much more comprehensive and you get to pick your stone - maybe even the actual piece - from the granite supplier. Some stones have massive variances from a little 4" sample and it's good to see that before buying. It's also really cool to go around the warehouse and see $30,000 pieces of stone!

This is a great team!
Robert, who came for my estimate, taught me a lot about granite and the possibilities for my countertops. He patiently answered my questions--I had a lot--both at the appointment and, later, by email. The education he provided gave me the confidence to choose the right stone, edge, and sink.
Hernando came to make the template, and then returned with a beautifully cut set of granite tops, which fit to perfection. He installed them quickly and neatly.
We love our new kitchen, and look forward to calling Exotic Marble, Granite and Tile when we're ready to update our bathroom.

They did an excellent job with my granite. I wanted it done before
Christmas 2012, and they were able to deliver in a timely fashion. Also,
if you look for higher end granite and not the basic stuff, they are
able to offer much better prices than their competition. It has now been
4 months, and I am still very happy with it.
We went to Magma
granite, which has a lot of movement in it. The fabricator did an
excellent job matching up the L so that you could not tell it was not
one solid piece.
Also, they did a really good job on the under mounted sink.
We couldn't be happier.
The
only time there was an issue was when they were supposed to be there to
do the template. They were about an hour late. But I think traffic
caused that.
The other 2 times they came to my home, they were on time.
They are a small but professional company.

They were very qualified people. They got the job done when they said they would. They are very good at what they do.

They gave me a bid that was lower than anyone else's, provided personal service, and were professional. They did a really great job and the granite looks beautiful.

I spoke with them on the phone, asking about the choices and cost of the granite I was interested. They explained the process of installation and making templates to build my new kitchen counter tops. Exotic sent someone out to take exact measurements and give me a accurate estimated cost based on the granite stone I choose. I went to the granite ware house a picked my granite stone.
Once we agreed on the total cost, they came and made templates to make my granite counter tops. Within 5 days they returned to install my new granite counter tops and new stainless sink. The Installation took about 2-3 hours for everything. I am very please with my granite counter tops and recommend Exotic, and would use them again. Very good work and very good prices compared to others offering the same service.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. They showed up when promised and completed the project on schedule. Everyone involved was polite and paid great attention to detail. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
