Precision Design, LLC, was my design concept visionary, they saw my dream and made it reality. These men were here everyday during my project. I was looking for an employee owned business, to hear my ideas with as much conviction as me. They replace my siding and roof with the perfection only they can give you. God sent Derek and Joe!! I am a single Mom of a special needs daughter on a limited income, yet their love of helping others made this project possible. My Home has a BEAUTIFUL face lift that will last a life time, giving me peace of mind, that we will be protected from Middle TN ever changing weather. I am proud that they will also help with the yearly maintain guaranteeing we are sheltered from all storms. Derek was super informative about all the products and really took the time to explain everything to us. After learning more about our options, we were able to make our final decision, and everyone loves the new roof! Big thanks to Derek and his team — it was a great experience from start to finish. It was so professional and personal. They were very hands on very involved. Made me feel like family. The quality of product was beyond anything else I had been offered. The level of professionalism was superb. The guys showed up early and worked consistently. They picked up trash as they went, used a magnet on the whole yard. They checked with me and let me see the process and ensured I was happy before they finished and again before leaving. I have used other contractors in the past snd never ever had such an amazing experience. I will continue to use this company over and over. I have referred them to all my family. I can not express enough the pride the company has and beliefs in the way they approach doing business. I later had them do my roof replacement as well. They showed me the rot and issues with the spacing on the joist. They fixed the issues instead of hiding them and just taking shortcuts. When completed i felt like I had a whole new house.
