Apparently there was another issue with the toilet and P trap that was not reported to me prior to leaving the below review. The quality of the work has never been in question but a report back to me telling me what was done for the charge (because it is a rental property) could have eliminated the negative review. I am adjusting my review after discussions with customer service and will give them another shot when needed. And as I said, the quality of work has never been in question. Hired L&B for a simple clogged bathroom sink drain in one of my rentals. They were there about 30-40 minutes according to the tenant, simple fix, good access, billed me $195. Outrageous. I scheduled it at their convenience, a couple days in advance, this was not a weekend or emergency. Way overpriced. Will not use again."
