But like most contractors, you have to stay on top of the management and foreman, to ensure that they understand the scope and the details and are performing them as desired. "I was very unhappy with this company. All I wanted was to have my driveway paved. They laid down so much asphalt you actually have to step down off the driveway. My chain link fence only opens in as the asphalt is so high I can't open the gate out. The only person who answers the phone is a guy named Louie. No matter when you call he's the only one who answers. He makes you think he's giving you a big deal when actually he's over charging and then does a bad job."

Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
